However, just in case you are thinking that the most important part of getting ready to start yoga is already being flexible, you'll discover your real success will lie in finding the right class.

Over the years we’ve learned that some of you will come to yoga fresh from running a marathon, while others may have just completed watching a marathon of Friends reruns.  We have a class for each of you. Whatever you’re looking for, it’s best to begin with Beginner or Level 1 classes, and if you’d like more guidance, our Yoga Advisors can help you create a personal schedule.

Each of our studio locations offers a unique schedule featuring the best loved teachers in the region and a wide array of membership choices from single drop-in classes to premium unlimited packages.

The best way to start your yoga practice – our fabulous Intro to Yoga Classes and our New Member Special 2 weeks of unlimited yoga for $25, you can use them at any of our locations within a 6 month period.

Build a strong foundation for a life long, successful practice in this introductory classes.  Designed to accommodate students of all fitness levels, people with existing injuries, people who have taken a few yoga classes and people who have never set foot on a yoga mat (they're nice and soft....you'll love it).  At the end of the Intro Class you will have a clear understanding of what to expect when you come to yoga and how to choose the right class (our Yoga Teachers and front desk staff are always available to help you choose a class, whether you are a first time guest or a long time member).
