Jen first discovered yoga in March of 2003 at a time when she was searching for a way to create balance in her life.  The immediate physical benefits as well as the mindfulness that her yoga practice brought to her life inspired her to introduce yoga to the young adults with developmental disabilities that she works with professionally.  She began bringing students with her to class and witnessed the dramatic effects yoga had on them physically and emotionally.  Jen’s journey through the YogaWorks 200-hour teacher training program was a life changing experience and she is excited about the opportunity to share her passion for yoga with people of all abilities.  Her classes will allow her students to receive the time and support it takes to understand proper alignment and breathing techniques in an environment where they can let their spirits shine.
